Eastern Europe suffers from poverty and very cold winters.​

To feel warm is wonderful. Will you join those who give to TEN's annual WinterHelp appeal to help families and older people in Eastern Europe? Each donation means so much to some of the poorest people in Europe and makes a difference to people like you and me.

James Vaughton writes, ‘When reading stories of how WinterHelp kept people warm and dry last year, I was struck by two stories. One family, in North Macedonia, was helped with their heating which prompted the husband to regularly join a men’s bible study at the church that helped him. The other story reminded me of the importance of something I take for granted. Decent shoes keep our feet warm and dry. Partners in Serbia running a project for the homeless shared:’

How is TEN involved?

Donations to TEN’s WinterHelp appeal enable our partners to buy fuel, winter clothes, and other provisions to help survive the harsh winter months much more cheaply than it would be to source and send supplies from the UK.
